Liverpool can win two league titles this season.
Manchester City could lose the 2013/14 league title due to an FFP breach.

According to the Daily Mail, City could strip the team of points from 2012 to 2016 if a separate Premier League investigation finds that the club breached financial rules. It is not clear whether this threatens the team’s title in 2012, but the 2013/14 championship is definitely included in this period.

In the 2013/14 season, Man City won the league title, two points ahead of Liverpool.

Uefa has ruled out Manchester City from European competition for two seasons due to a violation of the rules of financial fair play.

The English club does not agree with its fault and plans to challenge this decision in the Court of Arbitration for Sport.
