Guns N’ Roses, a highly influential American hard rock band, formed in Los Angeles in 1985. Initially, the band was a combination of members from Hollywood Rose and L.A. Guns, including vocalist Axl Rose and guitarist Tracii Guns. After several lineup changes, the band stabilized with Axl Rose, Slash (lead guitar), Izzy Stradlin (rhythm guitar), Duff McKagan (bass), and Steven Adler (drums).
