That momentum reached another high point with the commitment of standout guard Ryan Hampton, a top-10 prospect in the class of 2027, who officially pledged to Kentucky shortly after completing an impactful weekend visit to Lexington. Hampton’s decision adds yet another elite talent to a rapidly strengthening recruiting pipeline that already includes major wins such as Milan Momcilovic and retained cornerstone Malachi Moreno.
The 6-foot-6, 190-pound small forward from Daytona Beach has seen his stock rise rapidly on the EYBL circuit, where he has impressed scouts with his scoring versatility, athleticism, and consistency. In limited action with the Nightrydas, he has averaged 21 points and 5.5 rebounds per game, further solidifying his status as one of the most promising young players in the country.
