BREAKING NEWS: Former legendary Texas Longhorns head coach Mack Brown has released a heartfelt statement regarding Arch Manning’s recent act that captured national attention. Brown, who led Texas to the 2005 National Championship and remains one of the most respected voices in college football, praised the young quarterback for showing “the character and humility that defines a true Longhorn.” He highlighted that Manning’s gesture was bigger than football, calling it “a moment that reminds us all of the responsibility athletes have as role models.”

Brown went on to stress how proud he was to see Arch carrying the Texas tradition both on and off the field. “When you wear that burnt orange, it’s not just about wins and losses,” Brown said. “It’s about integrity, respect, and leadership. Arch showed exactly what it means to be part of this program’s legacy, and I couldn’t be prouder of how he represents the university and his family name.”

In closing, the Hall of Fame coach encouraged current and future Longhorns to follow Manning’s example. “Acts like this will always outlast touchdowns and trophies,” Brown remarked. “Texas has always been about building young men who change the world, and Arch’s actions show that he’s on the right path to becoming one of those leaders.”
